What is sole benefit of property and debt in a divorce?

I believe like a car is considered sole property when that person is the only one who uses it. I believe the debt still will need to be paid to me even though it is consolidated in other loans.

How do I find out which debt collection agency is holding my old debt?

I had a rough time a few years ago, and stopped paying my credit cards and cell phone to be able to keep paying the rent and then i lost my job, it was all sent to debt collectors.
